Roast Tenderloin of Beef

Served cold with horseradish cream sauce

Baby Malibu greens, artichoke hearts, sliced avocado, pear tomatoes, black olives,
and crumbled Roquefort cheese served with a balsamic vinaigrette

Hawaiian Fruit Boat

One half fresh pineapple filled with fresh fruit and cottage cheese, topped with toasted coconut

 

Shrimp or Crab Louie

Served on a bed of fresh greens, sliced tomato, asparagus spears,
hard-boiled egg, and our own special Louie dressing.
